Growth capital past proof of concept

Startup
Funding

Growth capital for young companies past proof of concept — revenue on the board, a repeatable way of winning customers, and a clear use for the money.

Debt or equity

Structures vary. Some founders want equity; some want debt against receivables or contracts so they do not dilute. We are comfortable with either and will tell you which we think fits your situation better, including when that answer is neither.

What we look for

Revenue that repeats. A cost of acquiring a customer that you can state accurately. And a specific use for the funds — "growth" is not a use of funds.

How long does a decision take?
