What to bring

The documents for each of the four loans people most often come in for. Bringing all of them on the first visit is the single biggest thing you can do to make this fast.

Gold & Silver Loan

  • One officially valid document: Aadhaar, PAN, passport, voter ID or driving licence
  • A passport-size photograph
  • The ornaments themselves, and proof of ownership where you have it
  • Nothing else. No income proof, no bank statement.

Automobile Finance

  • KYC: Aadhaar and PAN
  • Proof of address
  • Income proof: salary slips, ITR or business receipts
  • Six months of bank statements
  • Proforma invoice for a new vehicle, or RC and insurance for a pre-owned one
  • Permit and fitness certificate if it is a commercial vehicle

Real Estate Finance

  • KYC of every owner on the title
  • Title deeds and the chain of prior documents
  • Encumbrance certificate
  • Approved plan, and completion certificate where applicable
  • Latest property tax receipt
  • Income proof and bank statements
  • Business financials if the borrower is a company or firm

Corporate & Business Finance

  • Constitution documents, incorporation certificate, partnership deed or GST registration
  • PAN of the entity
  • Last two years of financials and ITR
  • Twelve months of bank statements
  • GST returns
  • KYC of promoters, directors or partners
  • Security documents for whatever is being offered

Bring originals and one photocopy of each. We check the original at the counter and keep the copy. If something on this list does not exist for your situation, come anyway and say so, it is usually not fatal.
