Heeraa Financial Services Limited lends from Heeraa Mansion, the building our family owns and the building this company is named for. Thirty-one years, one address, and decisions still taken by the people who answer the phone.
Heeraa Mansion is not an office we rent.
Goutam Chand Nahar built this business before it was ever a company, and formalised it as Heeraa Financial Services in 1995. He began in automobile finance because it reached the most people, and widened from there, deliberately, one line at a time, into property, corporate lending, gold, film and the rest.
He was Chairman until his death in 2018. His son, Praveen Chand Nahar, leads the company now, from the same building.
