Status of this document
Published in draft. This Terms of Use sets out the standards we hold ourselves to and follow in practice today. It has not yet been formally adopted by the Board of Directors, and this page will say so until it has. We publish it in draft rather than not at all, because a borrower is better served by knowing our position than by an empty page.

2. The website is information, not an offer
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to lend, a commitment to sanction, or a promise of any particular rate or amount. Every facility is subject to application, our credit assessment, documentation and sanction. Rates, charges and product features described here are indicative and may change without notice.
3. Calculators are estimates
The calculators on this website produce illustrative figures based on the assumptions you enter. They do not take account of the actual valuation of your security, the rate that will apply to you, applicable charges, or our credit assessment. They are not a quotation and create no entitlement. The figures that bind us are those in your sanction letter.
4. We do not accept public deposits
Heeraa Financial Services Limited is not authorised by the Reserve Bank of India to accept public deposits and does not accept them. If anyone offers you a deposit, investment or savings scheme in our name, in person or online, it is not us. Please report it to us immediately and to the RBI Sachet portal at sachet.rbi.org.in.
5. Beware of fraud
We will never ask you to transfer money to a personal account in order to release a loan. We do not charge advance fees for sanction through unknown intermediaries. We do not ask for your OTP, PIN or net banking password, not by phone, not by email, not ever. Our only email address is pcn@heeraafinancials.com and our office is the address above.
6. Intellectual property
The content, design, text and marks on this website belong to Heeraa Financial Services Limited unless stated otherwise. You may read and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, republish or use them commercially without written permission.
7. Links to other sites
Where we link to an external website, including the Reserve Bank of India, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
8. Availability and accuracy
We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. Content may be out of date. Where something on this website conflicts with your loan agreement or sanction letter, those documents prevail.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information on this website, or from its unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or any obligation we owe you under the Reserve Bank of India’s directions.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai have exclusive jurisdiction.
