A mortgage facility against property you already own, for business expansion, consolidation, education or any lawful purpose. We visit every property ourselves. That is slower than an algorithm and it is the reason our pricing holds.

- Site visit and title check on every file, without exception
- Tenures to one hundred and eighty months
- Top-up available against the same security once seasoning conditions are met
